📚 Curated Resource:  “Removing The Masks That Bind Us” by John Randolph Price
Price lists the 12 masks humans tend to wear, for example, Victim, Tyrant, and Warrior, and explains the resulting cause and effect relationships, including exercises to remove those masks. A truly incredible book that has been a go to for years for me when I need reminders or with clients I work with.

🎯 Micro-Challenge: Real Rest Revolution
Take one form of "show rest" (rest you do for appearances or feel that you should do) and replace it with real rest (what your body actually needs). Maybe it's trading "aesthetic" meditation for a genuine nap, swapping a performative yoga session for gentle stretching in your pajamas, or choosing a quiet evening in when you'd usually post about your "self-care Sunday" routine. Notice how different true rest feels when you're not documenting or justifying it.

Why this whisper? This 19th-century English clergyman and writer understood something vital: authentic growth can only stem from authentic being. We cannot evolve from a filtered version of ourselves. Real transformation begins when we dare to acknowledge exactly where and who we are. It's not about becoming someone new - it's about revealing who we've always been.

Remember: Living unfiltered isn't about abandoning boundaries - it's about choosing consciously which parts of yourself to share, rather than hiding reflexively behind masks.
